To initiate proposals for amendment of the Master
Plan and submit the same to
the
Chairman.
2.
To examine the case of land use contrary to the Master
Plan Zoning and submit the
same
to the Chairman.
3.
To take steps for preparation of Area Development
Plan of the master Plan areas
and
submit the same to the Chairman.
4.
To supervise preparation of lay-out plans for KDA
scheme.
5.
To ensure proper functioning of the Planning Section.
